Meet Sierra – our rock star Pilates instructor

Sierra has been making her presence known at Love for Pilates for the last few weeks. If you haven’t taken on of her classes yet you are missing out! She comes up with exercises that you have never executed and will challenge you in every way. She has a positive energy and a clear concise way of making you get the most out of your work out!

Sierra is a recent graduate from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in dance and studied courses in Pilates, Kinesiology, and Anatomy. Growing up surrounded by the world of dance, Sierra realized the importance of both strength and flexibility and the union of mind and body, which Pilates completely embraces. She discovered a world of difference in her dancing and her everyday life thanks to the Pilates repertoire and finds full gratification helping others find the same. She has been told that she both looks and sounds like an angel but is she really an angel when she is pushing you to your limits? Sierra promises to create endless challenges and goals for you to strive for.
