Why do have love for Pilates? Pilates is the one method of exercise that points out any imbalances in the body and will correct them helping people to live a pain free full of mobility, flexibility, and strength.
Favorite pilates move? The rollover. I love the the combinations of core work, balance, and flexibility in the spine and legs.
What can we expect when we take your class? A class that is physically and mentally challenging with lots of feel good exercises and stretches.
Describe your teaching style: fitness based with some yoga sequencing for balance and flexibility.
What is your guilty pleasure? Chocolate.
