Why do have love for pilates?
Not only is it an insane workout, it makes my body feel great all day- everyday. My mind is so at peace afterwards! It’s a workout and a therapy session.
Favorite pilates move?
Teaser on the long box. I feel so strong and powerful yet graceful and elegant while doing it.
What can we expect when we take your class?
You can expect a classical foundation, with more modernized movements layered on top.
Describe your teaching style:
I like to educate you about your body while giving you a great lesson filled with puns and jokes to release extra tension. I feel, the more we know about ourselves, the more we can connect with our bodies. This allows us to get an even deeper and better workout.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Binge-watching Law and Order SVU, while eating all things sweet and Lays potato chips, oh and organizing any closet or drawer until its perfect.
What is your favorite song to work out to?
I’m stuck in the 90’s and love anything from Britney to Salt -n-Peppa.
What interest you when you are not teaching?
Spending time with my family, boyfriend and friends, traveling, being creative with sewing, jewelry making, sketching and painting.
