Why do have love for pilates?
Out of a need to develop a healthier lifestyle when I was younger, a family friend recommended I try Pilates. It has been the only consistent,
feel-good form of exercise that I have been able to stick with throughout the years, as it is low-impact on my joints, yet still leaves me feeling
strong from the inside out!
Favorite pilates move?
Short Spine on the reformer.
What can we expect when we take your class?
Good tunes, upbeat energy, maybe a corny joke here and there…
Describe your teaching style:
Direct, yet light-hearted!
What is your guilty pleasure?
Any carb-sugar combo – donuts, scones, muffins, cookies.
What is your favorite song to work out to?
My favorite genre is disco & funk.
What interest you when you are not teaching?
My dog (obsessed!) Trying new recipes with friends, vintage shopping, going on little day trips around LA.
