Why do have love for pilates?
I love its versatility, and how it benefits everyone from top athletes to clients healing from injuries. The focus on form, along with countless physical and mental benefits, make me obsessed. Pilates is the kind of lover it’s easy to be faithful to.

What can we expect when we take your class?
Results! A challenging class that encourages you to wake up muscles you didn’t realize were sleeping. But with plenty of modifications; wherever your body is at (and whatever it can do), it’s a good place to be.

Encouraging, fun, fast-paced, positive.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Pleasure should never be guilty. 😉 But I suppose 90 Day Fiance (recently hopped on the band wagon), shoes, and homemade baked goods (chocolate is essential).
What is your favorite song to work out to?
Halsey, Billie Eilish, and angsty girl music always motivates me, but I’m not too picky.
What interest you when you are not teaching?
Reading, writing, baking decadent but guilt-free vegan desserts, photography (being on both sides of the camera), running, hiking, and Pinteresting to an embarrassing degree. I love animals and anything that involves creativity.
