Pilates has changed how I view working out: Your body is a temple! You can challenge and push yourself safely, healthily, and effectively.

A safe, welcoming space to explore movement that challenges and helps you connect to your body. We will leave the world’s stressors behind and focus on taking care of YOU for 50 minutes.

Reality TV (vintage Real Housewives to be exact).
- What is your favorite song to work out to?
Anything pop! Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan are my holy trinity right now.
- What interest you when you are not teaching?
Spending time with my husband/dog/friends/family, baking, cooking, and enjoying all of the amazing restaurants LA has to offer.
