Leonie was a natural mover from the start, ballet is her first love. Unfortunately, she encountered a chronic injury, in which she had to stop dancing competitively. She was first introduced to Pilates to aid in her rehabilitation and it ended up changing her life. Wanting to share the power of healing, she pursued her personal training and Pilates certification. She believes the isotonic, low impact form of fitness is fantastic for any level of student, and that everyone should enjoy knowing the smartest way to work with their own bodies. She loves to watch her students grow. For her, mind and body focus is a true passion she loves to share and is excited to be apart of the Love for Pilates community.
Start off your week right with Leonie bright and early Monday mornings 6am, 7am, 8am and 9am; Tuesday mornings at 9am, 10am and 11am; and end it on a good note Sunday mornings at 8am and 9am.
