All sessions are performed on pilates equipment (reformer, cadillac, chair and tower) with personal attention to your specific needs.

Our semi-private sessions are you and a workout buddy, working together with one our certified pilates instructors. These sessions are a great way to deepen your pilates practice, learn modifications for any injuries or issues you may be experiencing and get personalized attention.

 All semi-privates sessions must be purchased and attended by both individuals.

Studio Policies

Grip socks are required for all classes (available for purchase in-studio). Please arrive 5 minutes early. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their reservation to a waitlisted client. No cell phones or gum during class.

Pregnancy Policy: Group reformer classes are permitted during the first trimester with prior Pilates experience and a physician’s note on file. After the first trimester, private sessions are required.

Cancellations: 12-hour notice is required. Late cancellations result in loss of class credit. No-shows incur a $20 fee (class credit remains).

Booking & Memberships:
A valid credit card must be on file. Unlimited passes are limited to one class per day. Monthly passes and single classes expire 30 days from purchase. Standard class packages never expire. Classes do not roll over. Instructors may change without notice.

Returns & Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
