- Why do have love for pilates?
It made me fall in love with working out for the first time ever. I used to struggle with sciatica and pilates helped me tremendously. I love feeling my body get stronger after every class, and seeing real, lasting results – keeps me motivated every day.

Short Spine and Cat Walk Over on the Cadillac.

Expect high energy, good vibes, and a whole lot of core and booty burn.

I bring a bubbly, encouraging vibe to every class, so you’ll feel challenged, supported and safe while getting stronger and more confident with every class.

A nice, crisp Coca-Cola.
- What is your favorite song to work out to?
“Innerbloom” by Rufus Du Sol (or anything Rufus really).
- What interest you when you are not teaching?
I love snowboarding, playing chess, and spending time with my dog, Mingo.
