Why do have love for pilates?
It’s a chance for me to unplug from my brain, get some much needed oxygen to my muscles, and push the limits of what I think my body can do!

What can we expect when we take your class? 50 minutes to focus on form and fun – we can do both.

I love creating an environment where students feel supported and challenged – where we can all leave at the end of class feeling centered and joyful.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Reality TV! Bravo, take all my money.
What is your favorite song to work out to?
Currently vibing to anything by SZA, Coco Jones, or Doechii.
What interest you when you are not teaching?
A good giggle sesh with the gals, forcing my cat “Gigi” to cuddle me, and using a hike to Runyon as an excuse to dog watch.
