Pilates is a great mood booster! After a good session, I feel stronger, more grounded, and happier overall.

I love helping my students build strength from the inside out through creative visual cues and hands-on corrections.

Anything by “Khruangbin.”
What interest you when you are not teaching?
As a single mother, I’ve learned the value of friendship and community. When I’m not teaching I’m usually doing something related to one or the other.
