Chad discovered Pilates in the mid 90’s, and immediately, the course of his life was changed. Having always been an athlete (gymnast, diver, rower and professionally a dancer for 15 years) and having a fascination for how our body works, it was, as you could say, “love at first stretch.” Studying under the master, Rael Isacowitz, at the prestigious Body Arts and Science International (BASI), Chad dove in head first and immersed himself in the science, art and the beauty of movement that is our body as an instrument – and of health. 10 years later, he has taught under Rael directly, as well as many other studios in the Los Angeles area. He believes that exercise should not only be challenging, but should make you feel good. Develop your body, mind and spirit together and discover a whole new level of fitness… and of LIFE!
